Lawrence Studio has established since 1990. It has been offering a wide range of professional photographic services to corporate clients. The service includes photo shooting of commercial pictures such as hotel/shop/building exterior, interior, executive portrait, products shooting, watches & jewelry, food shooting, panorama landscape, time-lapse photography etc.

Lawrence Yu, the founder of the Lawrence Studio, has been in the industry for more than 25 years and has been one of the Committee members of the Hong Kong Institute of Professional Photographers from 2002 -2009.  Lawrence started up his career in this industry as an in-house photographer from one of the biggest hotel group, Holiday Inn Golden Miles where he acquired his knowledge and skills set of shooting interior, exterior, executive portraits, cuisines and still product etc.

Lawrence has been appointed as official photographers for various huge social events such as new products launch, charity events, global seminars etc. He has been appointed as designated photographers for Prada, Chanel and Johnson & Johnson etc for those events. On the other hand, while he was with The Peninsula Hong Kong, he has been responsible for taking pictures for annual parties and particular on one occasion, he was responsible the photo shooting for Princess Diana and Prince Wales.

The latest professional photo shooting service offered is the 360 degree Quick Time VR format for multimedia. This is the latest technology introducing in Hong Kong. Lawrence Studio is one of the pioneers of introducing this technology to the Hong Kong market and has partnership with the distributor in promoting this technology.

The 360 degree Quick Time VR format is an innovative technology and the latest development of taking pictures from 360 degree. It is particular useful in taking car interior, hotel/apartment interior and scenic view. it has been widely adopted in Europe and US market but it is still very new to Hong Kong or even in the Asia Pacific market.
